Facilities

Contrary to most canal houses, all facilities at Keizersgracht 380 are brand new and state of the art; not only the kitchen and the bath rooms, but also the electrical structure, the piping, the heating, and the water circuit. Obviously, basic facilities such as tv (3, also in the kitchen), dvd, stereo, wi-fi and telephone are present.

But the high quality level of the utilities is illustrated by the existence of a hot water circulator throughout the house (no warm-up period for hot water anywhere in the house), a double-boiler system (allowing for 4 showers to be used at the same time), a water pressure system (guaranteeing full water pressure, even at the top floor), surround speakers in both kitchen and living room, an alarm system and floor heating in the kitchen and in the master bath room.

At the same time, old-fashioned comfort and atmosphere is provided by two (newly built) fire places: one large real fire place in the living room, and one gas fire place in the master bed room.
